A+ Works of Art is pleased to present ‘Ready but Postponed or Cancelled’, a group exhibition featuring works by Chong Kim Chiew, Hà Ninh Pham, Noor Mahnun Mohamed, Leslie de Chavez, Pangrok Sulap and Yim Yen Sum. Ready but Postponed or Cancelled intends to provide these artists that have been left in uncertain circumstances, a physical platform to show works affected by the postponing and cancelling of exhibitions planned for the year
The exhibition will open this Saturday, 8 August to 5 Septemeber 2020 and is in collaboration with Arario Gallery and The Factory Contemporary Arts Centre
As many artists and institutions continue to face challenges to produce artworks and exhibitions, the gallery acknowledges that some projects may still not be realised as intended, or may remain somewhat incomplete
While the rest of 2020 remains unpredictable, ‘Ready but Postponed or Cancelled’ aims to piece together fragments of potential exhibitions in support of artists in our community
